  Contact our Member Experience team or visit your local OVME studio with your order confirmation email and the items you wish to return.

  Ensure that skincare products are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the initial purchase date to qualify for a full refund.

  Process the Refund

  Once your items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any initial shipping fees.

  Exchange for Perfection

  If you would prefer a different product, our expert team can help you exchange your item for another skincare solution that better fits your unique beauty goals.
