What is the OVME Membership program?
The OVME Membership is a monthly subscription that provides members with exclusive pricing, a monthly signature facial or chemical peel, and discounts on all retail products and services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you offer shipping for skincare products?
Yes, we ship our medical-grade skincare products nationwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard ground shipping.
Are your medical aesthetic providers licensed?
Absolutely. All OVME treatments are performed by highly trained medical professionals, including Board-Certified Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners.
What is your return policy on retail products?
Unopened retail products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
